Everything you need to know about our panel beating process

Smash repairs

Can you provide a fleet repair service for all my company cars?

We certainly can. We offer services to ensure your company's vehicles are repaired and back on the road in no time. Visit fleet smash repairs to find out more.

Do your smash repairs come with warranty?

All repairs at Sheen Panel Service come with a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all work carried out by our panel beaters. Our lifetime warranty will stay with your vehicle until there's been a transfer of ownership.

Do your smash repairs meet manufacturer standards?

Yes, we always follow manufacturer repair procedures for smash repairs. It's how we ensure every repair meets strict manufacturer standards.

Our repair procedures are also always authorised by your insurance company before we commence repairs.

Will my car be detailed after smash repairs are done?

Yes, it will be. Once our panel beaters are done with repairing your car, it will be comprehensively cleaned inside and out.

How long will smash repairs take on my car?

The time it takes for our panel beaters to repair your car depends on the extent of the damage. A large accident will take longer than a small one due to the parts and labour needed to restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.

Our panel beaters will give you an estimate of how long repairs may take. We'll also keep you in the loop with progress calls as the repairs take place.

If I am in an accident and not at fault, what should I do?

If you're involved in a collision and were not at fault, make sure you collect the contact details of the at-fault driver, including their name, address, and phone numbers. You will also need their insurance information.

If the at fault party is insured, you can claim the repairs for your vehicle through their insurance policy instead of your own.

Can I get a hire car while my vehicle is being repaired?

We can provide you with another car to drive around while yours is being repaired. We have access to a great range of accident replacement vehicles including small to medium cars, utes, and vans.

Can I tell my insurance company where I want my car repaired?

Some insurers offer their customers Choice of Repairer. If you have this within your policy, then you can certainly choose Sheen Panel Service as your repairer. If you are unsure, call your local Sheen Panel Service, and our panel beaters will be able to help.
