Sheen Panel Service – Repair and Reward Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   The "Repair and Reward" competition (the Promotion) is conducted by Sheen Panel Service Pty Ltd (Sheen Panel Service). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
   Promotion Period begins 12:00:00AM AEST 18 August 2025 and closes 11:59:59 AEST 5 October 2025.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible to enter the Promotion, individuals must:
   • Be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of entry;
   • Have their private vehicle, booked in for repairs at any of the 27 Sheen Panel Service locations between 18 August 2025 and 5 October 2025 (inclusive); With all quoted repairs completed no later than the 31 October 2025 (inclusive).
   • Be the registered owner of the vehicle that was repaired within the promotional period.
   • Be an individual customer.
   • Promotion only valid in Victoria, Australia for Victorian residents.
   • This promotion excludes all individuals currently employed by Sheen Panel Service and any Sheen Group entities. In extension all direct family and friends of said employees are also excluded.

3. How to Enter
   Eligible participants will enter instore via provided QR code, and enter via form hosted on Sheengroup.com.au/offers. Eligible participants will be offered entry into the draw upon booking confirmation within the Promotion Period at any participating Sheen Panel Service location. Only one (1) entry per vehicle repaired within the promotion dates are permitted, any additional entries will be disregarded.
4. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a ten thousand AUD ($10,000 AUD) to be provided via EFT transfer into an Australian bank account in the name of the vehicles registered owner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via email by no later than 31 October 2025.
   Details of repair will be cross refenced with Sheen location job database.
6. Claiming the Prize
   The selected winner must respond and provide the following within 96 hours of being contacted:
   • Proof of current vehicle registration in their name for the vehicle that was repaired.
   • Valid photo identification document

Failure to provide the required documentation within the timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Additionally, Sheen Panel Service retain the right to withhold the prize until the date of vehicle repair completion.

7. Marketing Consent
   By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Sheen Panel Service, including promotional offers, news, and other updates. Entrants can opt out of these communications at any time.
8. General‍
   • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
   • Sheen Panel Service reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   • The Promotion adheres to the governing laws of Victoria, Australia in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
   • Sheen Panel Service reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if necessary.
   • All decisions by Sheen Panel Service regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.‍
9. Privacy
   All personal information collected during the course of the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sheen Panel Service’s Privacy Policy.
